Located in the heart of Porto Maravilha, Pier Mauá manages an area of 50 thousand m². The concessionaire is responsible for managing the Rio de Janeiro International Cruise Terminal, Touring Building, Espaço Mauá, in addition to 5 warehouses built in the 19th century, with 3,500 m² each and a convention space of 8,500 m² located in the middle of Olympic Boulevard.
