Located in the heart of Porto Maravilha, Pier Mau\u00e1 covers an area of 50,000 m2. The concessionaire is responsible for managing the Rio de Janeiro International Cruise Terminal, the Touring Building, Espa\u00e7o Mau\u00e1, as well as 5 warehouses built in the 19th century, with 3,500 m2 each and an outdoor space of 8,500 m2.<\/p>

For its management of the Rio International Cruise Terminal, Pier Mau\u00e1 has won the World Travel Award seven times, in the \u201cBest Cruise Port in South America\u201d category, awarded by the prestigious publication Travel Week (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016). In 2022 and 2024 it was voted Best Cruise Terminal in Latin America by the World Cruise Awards (sister event of the World Travel Awards). It was also voted Best Port of Embarkation of the Brazilian Season by the Krooze Awards in 2024 and 2025, and Best Stopover of the Season also at the Krooze Awards 2025.<\/p>

Host to important events such as Rio +20, ArtRIO, Veste Rio, Rio Gastronomia, Casa Brasil at the 2016 Olympics, Mondial de La Bi\u00e8re, Rio Innovation Week, RoG, among others, the venue has already established itself as one of the most prestigious spaces for holding major events in the Marvelous City over the last 20 years.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

With the entire revitalization process, the port region of Rio has regained its shine and importance, becoming fertile ground for the emergence of new ventures. The first company to see this potential was Google, which chose Pier Mau\u00e1 to host the largest You Tube Space in Brazil, located in Armaz\u00e9m 1.<\/p>

There is so much going on and suddenly we thought, why not look for more partners with this profile? Why not open more doors to new ideas? Why not also revitalize our operation and expand our horizons and fill with LIFE this region that was hidden for so long and after the Rio 2016 Olympics resurfaced as a gift for Rio residents and tourists?
