Em 1997 ganhamos a concess\u00e3o para administrar a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Mar\u00edtima de Passageiros do Porto do Rio de Janeiro, principal porta de entrada do turismo internacional no pa\u00eds, e uma \u00e1rea de 40 mil metros quadrados no entorno. Nosso Terminal Internacional de Cruzeiros ao longo desses anos vem batendo recordes, como no carnaval de 2016, quando recebemos 11 navios simult\u00e2neos. E nos enchendo de orgulhos diante de tantos pr\u00eamios que recebemos pela\u00a0administra\u00e7\u00e3o do Terminal Internacional de Cruzeiros do Rio de Janeiro. O Pier\u00a0Mau\u00e1 \u00e9 vencedor sete vezes do Pr\u00eamio World Travel Award, na categoria \u201cMelhor Porto de Cruzeiros da Am\u00e9rica do Sul\u201d, concedido pela prestigiosa publica\u00e7\u00e3o Travel Week (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016). In addition to managing Rio's Cruise Port, Pier Mau\u00e1 also operates in the parties and events segment, allocating its spaces to hold the city's hottest events, such as Rio Gastronomia, Veste Rio, Mondial de La Biere, ArtRio and many others. !<\/p>

The company began operating in the events area in 2007, after the start of restoration work on its warehouses, which transformed Pier Mau\u00e1 into the most noble and versatile area for congresses, shows and the most varied artistic and cultural events in the country. Each Warehouse has an average of 3,500 m\u00b2 that allows the circulation of up to 10 thousand people per day for a large event, and also has a privileged and beautiful view of Guanabara Bay.<\/p>

A pioneer in the revitalization of Rio de Janeiro's port area, Pier Mau\u00e1 looks to the future with the aim of integrating the port into the city \u2013 in line with City Hall's Porto Maravilha project. Soon we will have more news to explore there. According to the president of Pier Mau\u00e1, Luis Cerqueira, \u201cthe team is working hard to guarantee the dream of the Porto Cidade project, which aims to bring locals and tourists to enjoy areas closer to the sea.     RESTORATION AND LIGHTING OF 2 HISTORIC CRANES<\/p>

    In April 2017, two recently restored cranes dating back to 1968 were reopened, making the place even brighter. Listed by the municipality, due to its integration into Porto's warehouses, the equipment received special treatment from the Concessionaire.     O Pier Mau\u00e1 retoma a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos nas \u00e1reas arrendadas do porto do Rio de Janeiro, que compreendem o pr\u00e9dio do Touring Club, os Armaz\u00e9ns 01, 02 e 03 e a \u00e1rea externa destinada a atividades n\u00e3o operacionais portu\u00e1rias.     MELHORA NA INFRAESTRUTURA<\/p>

    Melhorias no terminal de cruzeiros do Porto do Rio de Janeiro foram executadas pela Companhia Docas do Rio de Janeiro (CDRJ), respons\u00e1vel pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o portu\u00e1ria, em parceria com a empresa Pier Mau\u00e1. Entre as a\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 realizadas pela autoridade portu\u00e1ria foram feitas a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua das defensas, a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e substitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos cabe\u00e7os de amarra\u00e7\u00e3o danificados nos ber\u00e7os de atraca\u00e7\u00e3o e o desenvolvimento de um projeto de dragagem, com o objetivo de garantir um calado operacional adequado e uniforme em toda a extens\u00e3o do cais destinado aos navios de passageiros.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t

    APRIMORAMENTO DA SEGURAN\u00c7A<\/p>

    Foram implementadas uma s\u00e9rie de a\u00e7\u00f5es de melhoria e investimentos significativos relacionadas \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a portu\u00e1ria. Entre os principais investimentos realizados, destacam-se o sistema de monitoramento por CFTV com novo software; controle de acesso informatizado por catracas e leitoras de cart\u00e3o; alarme perimetral atrav\u00e9s de sensores infravermelho; sirene com \u00e1udio para sistema de controle a emerg\u00eancia; moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o das guaritas; constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova recep\u00e7\u00e3o; cercamento dos castelos d\u2019\u00e1gua, bem como a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos de seguran\u00e7a e softwares.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t \n <\/ul>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
