Overlooking Guanabara Bay, Armaz\u00e9m 3 was the scene of a morning of well-being with dance, yoga and female connection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last Saturday, July 26, Pier Mau\u00e1 was taken over by a wave of positive energy, music and good humor. The reason? The 2nd Rio edition of Trein\u00e3o Chapadinhas de Endorfina, a free event that brought together around 1,500 women at Armaz\u00e9m 3 for a morning dedicated to movement, self-care and female unity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Promoted by the Dove Deodorants brand in partnership with the Obvious content platform, the event sold out in just a few days and provided a unique experience, full of purpose and excitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants exercised in a variety of activities such as dance classes, yoga, running and also took part in a book signing with the writer and founder of Obvious, Marcela Ceribelli, who recently launched her new book. The soundtrack was provided by DJ Carol Emmerick, who rocked the warm-up and post-workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis community was born so that more women could benefit from endorphins. And nothing could be fairer than doing this with the Cariocas and with Dove,\u201d said Marcela Ceribelli during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was the second time that Pier Mau\u00e1 has hosted Chapadinhas de Endorfina, which has already been to other emblematic points in Rio. The choice of venue was motivated by public demand, which after the success of the previous edition, asked for the project to return to the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe're coming back to Rio de Janeiro with a bigger event to embrace this passionate community and the culture of Rio,\u201d said Luisa Bernardes, CEO of Obvious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a privileged view of the sea and the Museum of Tomorrow, Armaz\u00e9m 3 has once again shown its potential as a space for inspiring meetings, which go beyond the cruise season and reinforce Pier Mau\u00e1's role as Rio de Janeiro's main event venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the physical activities and moments of connection, the Chapadinhas de Endorfina participants were also surprised with personalized kits prepared especially for the occasion. The gifts included Dove's new All Body Deo, as well as items aimed at self-care and well-being, reinforcing the event's proposal to offer a complete experience - one that goes far beyond physical exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the event, the brands present promoted interactive activations and Instagrammable spaces that invited participants to pause, record the moment and exchange. Everything was designed to make each woman feel welcomed, empowered and valued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to Rio, the Chapadinhas de Endorfina training program already has two other editions confirmed for 2025 - in Recife and Bel\u00e9m - and a new stage is planned for Belo Horizonte in 2026, expanding the project's reach even further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
