Located in the heart of Porto Maravilha, Pier Mauá manages an area of 70,000 m². The concessionaire is responsible for managing the Rio de Janeiro International Cruise Terminal, the Touring Building, Espaço Mauá, as well as five warehouses built in the 19th century, measuring 3,500 m² each, and an 8,500 m² convention space located right on the Olympic Boulevard.
