About Bhering Factory

The Bhering Factory, once one of the largest in the country, is famous not only for the production and export of coffee, but also for popular icons such as toffee and Boneco candies. Furthermore, it attracts visitors with its unique architecture.

Located since the 1930s in the Gamboa neighborhood, in Rio's port area, it has seen its heyday and decline over the decades. However, from 2010 onwards, the Bhering Factory became an important center for the production of art and culture.

With more than 15 thousand square meters of built area, it houses several art studios, creating a vibrant artistic network where collaboration is the soul of the business.
