MSC Seashore engages guests in incredibly fun experiences

MSC Seashore is the largest cruise ship that will be in Brazil this season with capacity for 5,851 passengers and arrives at Pier Mauá on December 9th. Opened in 2021, the vessel is the first in the Seaside EVO class, measuring 339 meters long, weighing 169,380 gross tons and aims to further connect guests with the sea.

Its design, public areas and place names are inspired by New York City, USA. This includes an imposing ten-foot-tall replica of the Statue of Liberty in the heart of the casino and a newly designed expansive retail and entertainment area, aptly named Times Square.

With an innovative design, it is described by MSC as a cutting-edge technology ship. It features a new air disinfection system, 'Safe Air', which uses UV-C lamp technology to eliminate viruses and bacteria to ensure clean and safe air for both passengers and crew. It is also one of the most environmentally friendly ships at sea and a model of energy efficiency for modern cruising.

 

From decks 5 to 8, the sublime Danza del Mare sculpture is located in the MSC Foundation Center area, created by the foundation in partnership with Venini, one of the most renowned glass transformers in the world which this year celebrates its centenary. Surrounded by a mirrored wall that proliferates the light and colors that emanate from it and illuminated by a spotlight located at its base, the sculpture takes its message of care for the sea to thousands of travelers while the ship sails immersed every day in the wonders of the sea. oceans and seas of the world, their rich and infinitely varied splendor.

 

The MSC Seashore Kids Club also attracts attention. With 703 m² of space dedicated to children, it is the largest in the fleet. Through the decoration, colors, design and themes of the areas, the club gives all children the chance to reach for the stars, thanks to a new futuristic theme, dedicated to space and planetary exploration.

From French retro-chic to elegant contemporary, MSC Seashore's entertainment venues immerse guests in a series of different universes, filled with the latest technology for incredibly fun experiences.

 

The Long Island Pool, the main pool located on deck 18 has two different depths so guests can choose to swim or simply stand and relax in the water, the newly designed area includes a 360-degree water fountain in the center as well like a new lounge inside the pool. It is connected to the “Pirates Cove” themed water park to create an extensive water area.

 

Departing from the ports of Santos (SP) and Salvador (BA), the ship will travel routes such as Rio de Janeiro, Ilha Grande, Búzios, Salvador, Santos and Maceió, depending on the package the person chooses.
