This week, three vessels arrive at Pier Mauá during the 2018/2019 cruise season, bringing a total of 13,400 tourists. On the 22nd, at 8am, MSC Fantasia arrives. The ship will embark in Rio de Janeiro and Salvador with options for three-night mini-cruises with stops in Ilha Grande (RJ) and Ilhabela (SP); five to seven nights with stops in Ilha Grande, Búzios, Cabo Frio (RJ), Ilhéus and Salvador; and eight nights heading south, with an overnight stay in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and stops in Punta del Este, Uruguay, and Ilhabela (SP).

On the 23rd it is the turn of the MSC Orchestra, bringing more than 3900 passengers and crew returning to the Pier on the 29th for another trip. The ship is part of the MSC Cruises company in the Music category. On board, cruisers will find warm Mediterranean hospitality, delicious Italian cuisine and attention to the smallest details. Opened in May 2007, MSC Orchestra is one of the Italian company's most recent ships.

Pier Mauá in the 2018-2019 season has 103 berths and an increase of 15% in the total number of travelers embarked.
