The Chapadinhas de Endorfina Festival Brings Together Exercise, Well-Being, and Self-Care at Pier Mauá

On September 19 and 20, Pier Mauá hosted the Chapadinhas de Endorfina Festival, an event that brought together physical activity, entertainment, educational content, and self-care at Armazém 3. With an expected attendance of 1,000 people, the event transformed the space into a gathering place for women interested in getting active, sharing experiences, and developing a more positive relationship with their own bodies.

In this edition, the festival combined a morning sports program with talks and live content in the afternoon. The goal went beyond physical exercise: to encourage movement for its own sake, celebrate the body’s potential, and broaden the conversation about women’s well-being.

Activity and energy from the early hours of the day

The morning program was dedicated to the Chapadinhas de Endorfina Workout, with activities led by guest professionals. Chico Salgado led the functional training session, while Aline Maia led the dance class. The opening featured a welcome address by Marcela Ceribelli, founder of Chapadinhas de Endorfina and Obvious.

The activities brought together different ways of moving the body in a group setting, reinforcing the idea that exercise can be associated with fun, social interaction, and well-being, without being limited to the pursuit of aesthetic results.

Conversations About the Body, Behavior, and Self-Care

In the afternoon, the festival hosted a live recording of the podcast Good Morning, Obvious, hosted by Marcela Ceribelli, with special guests. The event expanded the program beyond sports, fostering conversations and reflections on topics related to women’s issues.

The combination of movement and content is part of the vision behind Chapadinhas de Endorfina, an initiative that seeks to foster a relationship with the body characterized by more pleasure and less pressure. The idea is to recognize exercise as an experience that can also strengthen bonds, build confidence, and create opportunities for connection.

The program also featured a food court, hands-on activities, massages, and a DJ, expanding the opportunities for interaction throughout the event. The initiative linked personal care to an in-person, collective experience, bringing the brand closer to the participants in a practical way.

Interaction with the public and valuing experiences

During the event, Pier Mauá also held a promotional activity to encourage public participation and increase the venue’s visibility online. The activity invited visitors to review Pier Mauá on TripAdvisor and show their review to the staff to receive a exclusive small towel, perfect for use during workouts.

The initiative brought the public closer to the brand and encouraged those familiar with the venue to share their experiences, valuing visitors’ opinions and inspiring new people to discover Pier Mauá.
