Aiming to increase public interaction with the exhibitions Marc Chagall: Sonho de Amor, which addresses the life and work of the painter (until June 6) and the Movimento Armorial 50 Anos, which celebrates 50 years of the emergence of the Armorial movement, in 1970s, founded by Ariano Suassuna (1927-2014), which runs until June 27, CCBB Educativo spread four creativity carts in the building's corridors to play with art. Children will love it!
Using furniture on wheels, the public will have a new way of interacting with the theme of the exhibitions on display. This is the first time that CCBB Educativo brings a set of four carts developed specifically for an exhibition. Each cart is filled with an activity.
In the blue cart, the public will be able to create a composition with elements from Chagall's work. In yellow, you will see stories in shadow theater. In the purple cart, visitors try out the engraving technique. In the green cart there will be highlights about the content on display, a type of 'to find out more'”.
All educational programming to be offered will seek to bring the public closer to these exhibitions, through activities that encourage exchange, investigation, reflection and creation. Daniela Chindler, general coordinator of CCBB Educativo, explains the concept: “In addition to being a support that allows activities to be enjoyed in different spaces of the museum, it is also a setting for stories and a space for experimentation”. During the activity, educators will mediate the contents of the exhibition.
